As a Coordinator on our Digital team, you will be expected to excel in the following areas:

Content Creation & Graphic Development

You’ll be doing everything from graphic development for social media to website content to social media scheduling. We’ll give you guidelines for what we are looking for and expect you to take it from there and be creative. We are looking for someone with an eye for graphic design who can, with instruction, create enticing graphic content and campaign graphics for our clients. 

Social Media Scheduling

We manage quite a few social media accounts for our clients and this arm of the business is only growing. We will need someone who is on top of social media posting and scheduling using a social posting tool and posting on the sites themselves. In this fast paced environment we will also need someone who can take on and own unanticipated tasks from start to finish. 

Social & Digital Research 

It is more important than ever to be on top of what is happening on social media. Our clients rely on us to be aware of what is being said about them on social and to always be developing content that is current. We will rely on you to do the research and advise us to ensure we are always on trend, up to date, and aware of the conversations happening in our clients’ industry.

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience 
  • Familiarity with Social Media Platforms – Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
  • Design Capabilities – Canva, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Research Experience
  • Social Media Analytics Experience
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Word Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
  • Organization and Time Management
