Brandon Fogwell, of North Hampton, New Hampshire, lives with the risk of having a seizure at any moment, but he said that doesn’t stop him from cycling.
Currently, the top individual fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association in New England, Fogwell, has been collecting donations and riding in their annual Tour De Cure for more than 20 years, all to honor family members.
