AMR: American Medical Response team donates to T.J. O’Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A local animal shelter in Springfield has received a donation from American Medical Response to help with their adoptions.
Wednesday was an exciting day for T.J. O’Connor and other animal shelters, as it was National Adopt-a-Shelter-Pet Day, so it was the perfect day for the AMR to make its donation.
AMR told 22News that it all started this past winter with their road crews, which they said are all animal lovers. The crew decided to start a raffle to raise money for TJO.
