Millions of people with disabilities will vote in this year’s election. But online information often isn’t accessible to this voting bloc.
That’s according to an analysis from Evinced, an accessibility software company that primarily works with the private sector. Using its technology that detects “critical accessibility issues,” or issues that would prevent someone with a disability who’s using assistive technology from using the site, it analyzed the accessibility of the Democratic and Republican candidates in the Arizona, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Florida and California gubernatorial races.
