New Heights Charter School: New Heights eighth-grader to play in international basketball tournament in Austria
A rising New Heights Charter School basketball player is preparing to take his talents international this summer.
Eighth-grader Jeremiah Minus, of Brockton, is set to participate in the 2026 United World Games in Austria this June.
Holding its inaugural games in 2004, The United World Games is a “modern, top class and well run multi-sport event for children and youngsters that combines international friendship, cultural exchange, love for sports and values such as tolerance and fair play,” according to the organization’s website.
