Norwalk at 747 coronavirus cases as superstore closes to sanitize

NORWALK — One of the city’s Walmarts is closing on Tuesday as cases of coronavirus in Norwalk continue to increase.

The Walmart at 680 Connecticut Avenue is closing Tuesday, April 14 to allow time for sanitizing and restocking, city officials said. The store will reopen at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15. The Walmart on Main Avenue will remain open during this time.

The Norwalk Hospital Drive-Through Collection Site is also expected to reopen Tuesday after being closed due to weather on Monday.
