The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts announced it received $160,000 in grant funds from the Massachusetts COVID-19 Relief Fund. The funds will be allocated to nonprofits in the North Central Massachusetts area that are working to provide food, safe housing, emotional support, and other life essentials to local residents in need.
Among the local groups getting money are: The Dr. Franklin Perkins School, in Lancaster, and WHEAT Community Connection, in Clinton.
