RadLogics revealed that its algorithm that combs through CT scans can accurately detect patients with the coronavirus

The Israel- and Boston-based healthcare analytics company — which specializes in machine learning-enabled tools for radiologists — revealed that its coronavirus-specific solution that scours CT scans can accurately sort patients with and without the coronavirus, according to HIT Consultant. RadLogics completed the study — which used 157 CT scans from patients who tested positive and negative for the virus — in coordination with a handful of medical research institutions across the US and Israel.
