Adi Sarosa
Adi has spent his professional career focusing on equipping organizations for sustainable growth through innovation, infrastructure support, and continuous learning. Having lived almost equally between the United States and Indonesia, he developed an early appreciation for different people, industries, and ways of thinking. This outlook continues to shape how he approaches new connections and complex organizational challenges.
In his role as growth partner at Slowey McManus Communications, Adi will be actively looking to expand our services organically and possibly through acquiring other companies that offer complementary services to add to our portfolio. Additionally, as the founder and managing partner of AA24 Communications, Adi focuses on working with independent agencies and businesses on their growth strategies to ensure stability, continuity, and a lasting legacy while preserving culture and financial health.
His expertise is informed by prior roles at Informa TechTarget, Forrester Research, and Fuld + Company, where he advised organizations on technology adoption and expansion strategies, drawing on ROI analyses and economic validation to guide their decisions.
He holds a graduate degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Outside the office, Adi is an active community volunteer, having served as VP of Education for Toastmasters International and as a member of the Boston Chamber of Commerce and Boston Cares, where he supports local businesses and residents. He is also working toward completing the six world major marathons alongside his wife.
